Clean the Chicken and cut into medium-sized pieces. Season with 5 grams of Salt and set aside.

Heat 10 grams of Coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Fresh grated coconut, Black peppercorns, Cardamom pods, Cloves, Cinnamon stick, and Cumin seeds. Roast, stirring continuously, until the Fresh grated coconut turns golden brown and aromatic. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

Transfer the roasted Fresh grated coconut and whole spices to a grinder. Add a small amount of Water and grind to a very fine, smooth paste. Set aside.
