1Preheat your oven to 100 degrees Celsius. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
2In a very clean, dry bowl, combine the Egg whites and Salt. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.
3Gradually add the Granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat on high speed. Continue beating until the meringue is very stiff, glossy, and holds firm peaks.
