Rinse the Bamboo worms thoroughly under cold running water and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Ensure no moisture remains.

Heat the Peanut oil in a wok over high heat until it reaches approximately 170-180 degrees Celsius (340-350 Fahrenheit).

Carefully add the dried Bamboo worms to the hot Peanut oil in batches, if necessary, to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and become crispy.
