1Thoroughly wash the Yuja under running water, gently scrubbing the skin to remove any impurities or wax.
2Carefully slice the Yuja into very thin rounds or half-moon shapes, approximately 2-3mm thick. Remove and discard all seeds to prevent bitterness.
3In a large, clean mixing bowl, combine the sliced Yuja with the White granulated sugar.
