1Wash the Tomatoes thoroughly. Using a grater, grate the Tomatoes into a bowl, discarding the skins.
2In a non-stick pan, melt the Butter over medium heat.
3Add the grated Tomatoes to the pan with the melted Butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until the Tomatoes have softened and most of their liquid has evaporated, creating a thick sauce.
