1Bring a large pot of Water to a rolling boil. Add the Fine sea salt to the Water.
2Carefully place the Fresh corn on the cob into the boiling Water. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender but still slightly firm.
3While the Fresh corn on the cob cooks, prepare the toppings. Finely crumble the Queso Cotija into a shallow bowl.
