1. Finely chop the Onion. Heat 5 grams of Vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the Onion until softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Let the sautéed Onion cool completely.

2. In a small bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs and Milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until the Panko breadcrumbs absorb the Milk.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Ground beef, Ground pork, cooled sautéed Onion, Panko breadcrumbs and Milk mixture, Egg, Salt, Black pepper, and Nutmeg. Knead the mixture thoroughly with your hands for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes sticky and well-combined. This ensures the patties hold their shape.
