Gently clean the Zucchini flowers by carefully removing the pistils or stamens from the inside and any tough parts at the base. Be very careful not to tear the delicate petals.

Finely chop the Onion.

In a medium pan, heat 50g of the Olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped Onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
