1Cut the Mozzarella Cheese into 8 equal sticks. If using full-size Sausages, cut them in half. If using smaller Sausages, leave them whole. Pat the Sausages and Mozzarella Cheese dry with paper towels.
2Skewer each Sausage or half-sausage with a wooden stick, then add a Mozzarella Cheese stick on top, ensuring both are securely fastened to the stick.
3In a large bowl, combine the Glutinous Rice Flour, All-Purpose Wheat Flour, 20g of Granulated Sugar, Instant Dry Yeast, and Salt. Whisk to combine.
