1If using dried Garaetteok, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes until softened. If using fresh Garaetteok, separate any stuck pieces.
2In a small bowl, combine the Korean chili flakes, Soy sauce, Granulated sugar, and minced Garlic to form a seasoning paste.
3Heat a large non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the Neutral cooking oil and Sesame oil.
