1In a large mixing bowl, combine the Glutinous rice flour, Wheat starch, and White granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly.
2Gradually add the Hot water to the dry ingredients, stirring with chopsticks or a spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Knead the dough by hand for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
3Add 10 grams of Vegetable oil to the dough and continue kneading until the oil is fully incorporated and the dough is soft and elastic.
