1In a large bowl, combine un, yumurta, süt, and tuz. Whisk vigorously until the crepe batter is smooth and free of lumps.
2Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 10 grams of tereyağı and let it melt, swirling to coat the pan.
3Pour approximately 60-70 grams of crepe batter into the hot pan, tilting and swirling quickly to spread it evenly into a thin circle. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are set and the bottom is lightly golden.
