1Place the Dried Chwinamul in a large bowl and add 1000g Water. Soak overnight for 8-12 hours until fully rehydrated and softened.
2Drain the soaked Dried Chwinamul and rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Transfer the rinsed Chwinamul to a large pot, cover with fresh water, and bring to a boil.
3Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer the Chwinamul for 30-60 minutes, or until it is tender. The cooking time will vary depending on the dryness and thickness of the Chwinamul.
