1Mince the Garlic and Ginger finely. Chop the Scallions, separating the white and green parts.
2Heat the Cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the white parts of the Scallions, minced Garlic, and minced Ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3Add the Ground pork to the wok. Break it up with a spatula and stir-fry until it is fully browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
