1Rinse the Short-grain rice thoroughly and soak it in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain well.
2Heat 5 grams of Sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced Pork shoulder and cook until lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3Add the minced Garlic and minced Ginger to the pot with the Pork shoulder. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
