1Clean the Fresh squid thoroughly by removing the internal organs, backbone, and skin. Score the body of the Fresh squid in a crisscross pattern on the inside, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
2Slice the Yellow onion thinly. Julienne the Carrot. Cut the Napa cabbage into 3cm pieces. Chop the Green onion into 5cm lengths. Slice the Cheongyang chili pepper diagonally.
3In a mixing bowl, combine the Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, Minced garlic, Minced ginger, Granulated sugar, and Sesame oil to create the spicy stir-fry sauce.
