1Heat 40g of ghee in a pan and fry the 250g paneer cubes until golden, then set aside.
2Heat the remaining 40g ghee and sizzle the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick until fragrant.
3Add 200g chopped onion and 30g ginger-garlic paste to the pan, frying until the oil separates from the mixture.
