1Combine Water, Dried anchovies, and Dried kelp in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes to create a rich broth. Strain the broth and set aside 400 grams.
2In a large bowl, whisk the Eggs until well combined. Gradually add the 400 grams of prepared broth to the Eggs, whisking continuously to ensure a smooth mixture.
3Season the egg mixture with Korean soy sauce, Salt, and Sesame oil. Whisk until all seasonings are fully incorporated.
