1Slice pork loin into thin, bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine pork loin with 10g Shaoxing wine, 10g light soy sauce, 5g cornstarch, and 1g white pepper. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
2Peel and devein shrimp. In a separate bowl, combine shrimp with 10g Shaoxing wine, 5g light soy sauce, 5g cornstarch, and 1g white pepper. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
3Slice bamboo shoots into thin, bite-sized pieces. If using canned bamboo shoots, rinse thoroughly.
