2Heat a wok over medium heat with a small amount of cooking oil. Add minced Garlic and minced Ginger, stir-frying until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3Add the diced Cooked Chashao to the wok. Pour in Oyster sauce, Hoisin sauce, Light soy sauce, Dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, Granulated sugar (for filling), Sesame oil, and White pepper. Stir well to coat the Chashao.
