1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil for the Penne pasta. Add a generous amount of Salt to the boiling water.
2While the water heats, prepare the arrabbiata sauce. Heat the Extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet or wide pan over medium heat.
3Add the sliced Garlic and sliced Fresh red chili to the pan. Sauté gently for 2-3 minutes until the Garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
