1Slice the Pork tenderloin into thin, uniform strips, approximately 5 cm long.
2In a bowl, combine the sliced Pork tenderloin with 15g Light soy sauce, 10g Shaoxing wine, 5g Corn starch, and White pepper. Mix well to coat the pork and marinate for 15 minutes.
3Slice the Green bell pepper into thin strips, similar in size to the pork. Mince the Garlic and Ginger. Slice the Scallion into 2 cm pieces, separating the white and green parts.
