Boil the Water to a rolling boil.

Allow the Water to cool down to approximately 70-80°C. This can be done by pouring it into a separate cooling pitcher or by letting it sit for a few minutes after boiling.

Warm your teacup or teapot by pouring a small amount of the cooled Water into it, swirling, and then discarding the Water.
