1Boil the Potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them thoroughly, ensuring no lumps remain. Set aside.
2Heat 15 grams of Cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
3Add 0.5 grams of Asafoetida, Ginger-garlic paste, and finely chopped Green chilies. Sauté for one minute until fragrant.
