1Whisk 200g of yogurt with 10g of chili powder, 15g of coriander powder, 5g of turmeric powder, and 10g of salt to create a marinade.
2Coat 750g of mutton with the yogurt mixture and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3Heat 100g of ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot and fry 1g of bay leaf, 2g of cloves, 3g of cardamom, 2g of cardamom, 3g of cinnamon, and 5g of cumin seeds.
