1Boil the Eggs until hard-boiled, then peel and halve them lengthwise. Set aside.
2To prepare the pastry dough, combine Maida and 3 grams of Salt in a large bowl. Add the cold Unsalted butter cubes and rub them into the flour mixture with your fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
3Gradually add Cold water, a little at a time, mixing until a stiff dough forms. Avoid over-kneading. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
