1Soak the dried jujube in warm water for 30 minutes until softened. Drain, remove the seeds, and finely mince the flesh. Set aside a few thin slices of jujube for garnish.
2Peel the fresh chestnuts and steam them until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Mash the steamed chestnuts into a coarse paste.
3In a bowl, combine the minced dried jujube with 30 grams of honey and 3 grams of cinnamon powder. Mix well to form the jujube filling.
