1Thinly slice the beef flank steak against the grain into 0.5 cm thick pieces. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef flank steak with 15g of Light soy sauce, 15g of Shaoxing wine, 10g of Cornstarch, 5g of Sesame oil, and 1g of White pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
2In a separate bowl, whisk together 40g of Oyster sauce, 15g of Light soy sauce, 5g of Dark soy sauce, 10g of Shaoxing wine, 10g of Sugar, 10g of Cornstarch, and 100g of Water until smooth. Set aside.
3Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the Broccoli florets and blanch for 1-2 minutes until vibrant green and slightly tender-crisp. Immediately remove the Broccoli florets and drain thoroughly.
