1. Rinse the Raw rice thoroughly and soak it in sufficient Water for at least 4-6 hours.

2. Drain the soaked Raw rice and combine it in a grinder with the Cooked rice, Grated fresh coconut, Dry active yeast, and Sugar.

3. Add approximately 200 grams of Water and grind to a very smooth, fine batter. The consistency should be slightly thinner than dosa batter.
