1Combine Maida flour, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
2Add 20 grams of ghee and 20 grams of vegetable oil to the flour mixture. Mix well with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3Gradually add water, kneading for 10-15 minutes to form a very soft, pliable, and elastic dough. The dough should be slightly sticky initially but become smooth with thorough kneading.
