Prepare the Dashi Stock if not already made.
Finely chop the Cabbage. Slice the Pork belly into small pieces. Cut the Squid into small rings and the Shrimp into small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the All-purpose flour, Dashi Stock, Usukuchi Soy Sauce, and Mirin. Whisk until smooth to create the runny batter.
