1Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 5 grams of Vegetable oil. Add the diced Pork belly and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving a small amount in the pan.
2Add the diced Onion and minced Garlic to the skillet with the Pork belly. Sauté until the onion softens, about 3 minutes.
3Stir in the chopped Kimchi and cook for another 3-5 minutes, allowing some of its liquid to evaporate.
