1In a small saucepan, combine the Water and Agar-agar powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom the Agar-agar powder.
2In a separate medium saucepan, heat the Almond milk and Granulated sugar over medium heat, stirring until the Granulated sugar is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
3Add the bloomed Agar-agar powder mixture to the warm Almond milk mixture. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until the Agar-agar powder is completely dissolved. Ensure no granules remain.
