11. Rinse Toor dal thoroughly and pressure cook with 300 grams Water and 1 gram Turmeric powder for 3-4 whistles until soft and mushy. Mash the cooked Toor dal and set aside.
22. Extract pulp from the soaked Tamarind by mashing it well in the hot water and straining it. Discard the fibrous residue.
33. Heat 5 grams Ghee in a large pot. Add chopped Onion and saute until translucent. Add chopped Tomato and slit Green chili, cook until Tomatoes soften.
