1Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2Prepare the ingredients: Slice the Stale rustic bread into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Grate the Pecorino Sardo and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Finely chop the Fresh parsley and Fresh mint.
3Warm the Beef broth in a saucepan. Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt and Black pepper as needed.
