1Slice the Pork belly into thin, bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, marinate the Pork belly with 5 grams of Light soy sauce, 5 grams of Shaoxing wine, and 5 grams of Cornstarch. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.
2Slice the Smoked tofu into thin rectangles, approximately 0.5 cm thick and 4 cm long.
3Mince the Garlic. Slice the Ginger into thin rounds. Separate the white and green parts of the Scallions, slicing both diagonally.
