Hazırlanışı
1Rinse the Prawns thoroughly and pat them dry. Marinate the Prawns with 2 grams of Turmeric powder and 5 grams of Salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2Soak the Tamarind in 150 grams of hot Water for 10 minutes. Squeeze the pulp and strain it, discarding any solids. Set the Tamarind pulp aside.
3Heat the Oil in a heavy-bottomed pan or pot over medium heat. Add the Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, and Fenugreek seeds. Allow them to splutter.
