1Combine Atta flour, Fine semolina, Ghee for dough, and Salt in a large bowl. Gradually add Water and knead into a firm, smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2Prepare the satva: In a small bowl, combine Ghee for satva and Cornstarch. Mix well to form a smooth, thick paste. Set aside.
3Divide the rested dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin, approximately 15 cm diameter circle.
