1Pressure cook 200g basmati rice and 100g toor dal with 3g turmeric powder and enough water until soft.
2Dry roast 15g coriander seeds, 8g cumin seeds, 2g fenugreek seeds, 2g peppercorns, and 8g chili pepper, then grind into a fine powder.
3Simmer 80g beans, 100g carrots, 50g peas, and 150g potatoes in water with 30g tamarind pulp, 20g jaggery, and 10g salt until tender.
