1Wash the Korean cucumber thoroughly. Slice the Korean cucumber into thin rounds, approximately 0.5 cm thick.
2Place the sliced Korean cucumber in a large bowl and sprinkle with fine sea salt. Toss to coat evenly and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out excess water.
3While the cucumber is salting, mince the garlic and finely chop the green onion.
