Hazırlanışı
1Combine raw rice, urad dal, chana dal, and fenugreek seeds in a large bowl. Rinse them thoroughly with water multiple times until the water runs clear.
2Add 400g of water to the rinsed raw rice, urad dal, chana dal, and fenugreek seeds. Let the mixture soak for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight.
3Drain the soaking water from the rice and dals. Transfer the soaked mixture to a wet grinder or a high-speed blender.
