2In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 25 grams of Lard over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned Pork ribs and brown them on all sides until golden. This may need to be done in batches to avoid overcrowding.
3Once browned, add 750 grams of Water to the pot, ensuring the Pork ribs are mostly submerged. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 60-90 minutes, or until the Pork ribs are very tender. Reserve the cooking liquid.
