1Rinse Chana dal thoroughly and soak it in water for at least 2 hours. Drain the water.
2Cook the soaked Chana dal in a pressure cooker with just enough water to cover it for 3-4 whistles, until very soft but not mushy. Drain any excess water completely.
3While the dal is cooking, prepare the dough. In a large bowl, combine Maida flour, Turmeric powder, and Salt. Add 30g Ghee and mix well.
