1Slice the Pork belly thinly and cut the Dongchimi radish into bite-sized pieces. Cube the Firm tofu and slice the Green onion diagonally. Mince the Garlic.
2Heat a pot over medium heat and add the Sesame oil. Add the sliced Pork belly and sauté until it is lightly browned and rendered.
3Add the minced Garlic to the pot with the Pork belly and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
