To prepare dosa batter, rinse Sona Masoori Rice, Urad Dal, and Fenugreek Seeds separately. Soak the rice for 5-6 hours and the dal and fenugreek seeds for 2-3 hours.

Grind the soaked Urad Dal and Fenugreek Seeds with a little water until very smooth and fluffy. Transfer to a large bowl.

Grind the soaked Sona Masoori Rice with a little water until smooth but slightly coarse. Combine with the dal mixture.
