1Ensure the Prepared shark fin is properly rehydrated and cleaned according to traditional methods. Thinly slice the Jinhua ham, rehydrated dried shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoots into fine strips. Slice the Fresh ginger and cut the white parts of the Scallions into 5cm lengths.
2In a large pot, combine the High-quality chicken broth, sliced Fresh ginger, and white parts of the Scallions. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced Jinhua ham.
3Allow the broth to simmer for 30 minutes to infuse the flavors from the Jinhua ham, Fresh ginger, and Scallions. Skim any impurities from the surface.
