Hazırlanışı
1Heat a small tawa or pan over medium heat. Add the Cumin seeds and dry roast them until they turn fragrant and slightly darker, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to burn them.
2Remove the roasted Cumin seeds from the heat and let them cool completely. Once cooled, grind them into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder.
3Finely chop the Green chili.
