1Rinse the Dried Omija berries thoroughly under cold water. Place the rinsed Dried Omija berries in a large pot with 1000g of Water. Bring the Water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes to extract the color and flavor from the Omija berries.
2Carefully strain the Omija extract into a clean bowl, discarding the cooked Omija berries. Allow the Omija extract to cool slightly.
3In a separate small bowl, combine the Agar-agar powder with the remaining 200g of Water. Stir well until the Agar-agar powder is completely dissolved and hydrated. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
