1Slice the Pork loin into thin strips. In a small bowl, marinate the Pork loin with 10 grams of Light soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and White pepper for at least 15 minutes.
2Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add Vegetable oil. Once hot, add the marinated Pork loin and stir-fry until fully cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the cooked Pork loin from the wok and set aside.
3Finely mince the Garlic and Fresh ginger. Chop the Pickled long beans into small pieces. Slice the Scallions finely for garnish.
