1Rinse the Beef brisket thoroughly under cold water. Place the Beef brisket in a large pot, add enough Water to cover, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes to remove impurities. Drain the Water and rinse the Beef brisket again.
2Return the rinsed Beef brisket to the clean pot. Add 2500g of fresh Water, the White onion, Garlic cloves, Ginger, and 50g of Green onion. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 90-120 minutes, or until the Beef brisket is very tender.
