Rinse the Beef brisket thoroughly under cold water. Place the Beef brisket in a large pot, add enough Water to cover, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes to remove impurities. Drain the Water and rinse the Beef brisket again.

Return the rinsed Beef brisket to the clean pot. Add 2500g of fresh Water, the White onion, Garlic cloves, Ginger, and 50g of Green onion. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 90-120 minutes, or until the Beef brisket is very tender.

Carefully remove the cooked Beef brisket from the broth and let it cool slightly on a cutting board. Once cool enough to handle, slice the Beef brisket very thinly against the grain.
